DESCRIPTION
Sectional doors are developed based on parameters defined by the customer, incorporating galvanized steel or aluminum structures and a sectional lifting system that optimizes the use of available space.
The panel movement is achieved through side guides and torsion spring or counterweight compensation mechanisms, ensuring stable and controlled operation throughout the entire travel.
The panels are made up of assembled sections, either sandwich-type or reinforced sheet metal, configurable in different geometries, insulation levels, and finishes to meet the technical and aesthetic requirements
of the installation environment.
DIMENSIONS
The dimensions of sectional doors are defined according to the project specifications and the conditions of the installation opening.
Each unit is custom-made, taking into account the panel type, lifting system, and required opening travel. The design allows for modular or sectioned configurations, with the possibility of adapting to large-format enclosures or
height-restricted spaces.
FINISHES
Finishes are defined according to the project’s requirements and the installation environment.
The lacquering process allows color, texture, and gloss level to be selected according to the RAL chart or the customer’s technical specification, ensuring compatibility with the base materials and expected exposure conditions.
Additional treatments can also be incorporated depending on mechanical, chemical, or aesthetic requirements of the project.
